Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free, but booking on Booksy guarantees your slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged and can affect future bookings.
Who qualifies for the £15 service discount?
NHS staff, police officers, firefighters and military personnel. Please bring valid ID to your appointment.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes — we offer mobile call-outs across South Croydon, Surrey and Greater London, as well as private in-shop chairs on the morning of.

How long does an appointment take?
Booksy lists a gents haircut at 25 minutes, a skin fade at 40 minutes, and a haircut with beard trim and shape-up at 40 minutes. Check your chosen service when booking.
Can I choose my barber?
Yes — when you book on Booksy you can pick any member of the team, or choose 'any barber' for the earliest slot.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes. Boys under 13 are £14. Check the available days and appointment details on Booksy before booking.
Do you offer senior prices?
Yes — our senior cut is £12. Ask the shop if you are unsure which service to choose.
Do you cut all hair types?
Absolutely. Our team are experienced with straight, wavy, curly and afro hair, from tight fades to longer scissor work.
How do I pay?
See your service price on Booksy before booking. Call the shop to confirm accepted payment methods before your visit.
What if I'm running late?
Please call us on 020 8651 6415 as soon as possible so we can discuss your appointment.
How far in advance should I book wedding grooming?
For wedding parties we recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead, especially for summer Saturdays and mobile call-outs.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Please do — a photo is the quickest way to show us the look you want. Our Top Cuts page explains twenty styles you can discuss with your barber.
Is the scalp care service medical?
No. It is strictly non-surgical grooming and hair wellness — scalp analysis, density styling and care guidance. We do not offer medical treatments.
What is the difference between a haircut and a skin fade?
A gents haircut keeps your preferred length and shape. A skin fade blends the sides and back down to bare skin, with the top styled to suit you.
Can charities request free grooming sessions?
Yes. Use the request form on our Community page with your organisation, venue, preferred date and estimated client numbers. Sessions are subject to the team's availability.
